2. What data we process
This website has no forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising tools. We only process:
- the server's technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), kept automatically by the hosting provider to run the website securely;
- the details you send us when you contact us by email or phone.
3. Reports through FAOS
Anonymous reports are submitted on the FAOS platform (faoss.eu), which runs on a separate website. Our website passes no data to FAOS and does not record who follows the link. Report data is processed under Greek Law 4990/2022 and the company's policy, keeping the identity of the reporting person and any third party confidential.
4. Purposes and legal basis
- Website security and operation: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Replying to your messages: legitimate interest or steps taken at your request.
- Handling reports: compliance with a legal obligation (Law 4990/2022 and the legislation on violence and harassment at work).
5. Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Report data is kept for the period required by law.
6. Recipients
The website's hosting provider acts as a processor. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. To exercise them, write to acc@thedanai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr (opens in a new tab)).
