Anonymous reports

If you know of or suspect misconduct in the workplace, you can report it anonymously through the FAOS platform. You do not give your name, email or phone number.

  1. Go to https://faoss.eu (opens in a new tab) and select “User access” → “Create a new user”.
  2. Choose an anonymous username and a password of at least 10 characters that do not reveal your identity.
  3. When asked for your organisation code, enter: FAOS-5422F5FD
  4. Keep your username and password safe. They cannot be recovered if lost, because nobody knows who you are.
  5. Submit your report and follow the officer’s replies using the same credentials.

For greater anonymity, use a personal phone or computer rather than a company device or network.
